After taking my first yoga class over 25 years ago the seed was planted and I became passionate about yoga! It was the perfect way for me to combine my love of dance, meditation and spirituality into a fitness & well-being practice.
I loved it so much that I decided to become a yoga instructor. I received my yoga certification from the highly acclaimed Chopra Center for Wellbeing in Carlsbad California.
If you've always wanted to try yoga but you feel you aren't flexible enough or that it looks too difficult to do, then this Yoga class is for you!
